Shirodhara is an Ayurvedic healing technique where warm herbalized oil is continuously streamed onto the third eye center from a copper vessel. While accompanied by healing sounds that help to stabilize and balance the mind, your whole being melts into deep relaxation. Ayurvedic Wellness Coaching
We begin our journey with an in-depth 90 minute Ayurvedic consultation to review your health goals, current challenges and history. I put all the pieces of the puzzle together to make an Ayurvedic assessment and personalize each step of your comprehensive12-week program with nutrition, herbs, movement and lifestyle recommendations. This includes two 30 minute follow up sessions & brief 15 minute occasional checkins throughout, so that you feel guided and held as you gently and sustainably transform your relationship with vitality.
