You were never meant to live gripping the edge

The anxiety that starts before your eyes open. Feeling overwhelmed before your feet find the floor. An evening that never quite lets you land. A feeling of chasing... happiness, contentment, a spare moment. A nervous system that never fully relaxes.

When your days have no pattern, your body stays on watch, scanning for what might go wrong. But your nervous system learns through pattern and prediction. Give it a steady rhythm, and something in you begins to exhale. You stop reacting and begin to respond.

That isn't about discipline. It's about building a life that holds you.

Structure you can relax into, so there's room for creativity, spontaneity, adaptability and play.

Three pillars for cultivating a life you can thrive in, drawn from Ayurveda, modern neuroscience and the intelligence of the Mother Nature, and practiced in your body each week.

Routine

the structure that holds you

A steady wake time. Morning light on your face. A midday meal you actually taste. An evening that softens. These small anchors tell your nervous system what to expect, so it can stop bracing. You'll also meet the somatic body through gentle touch, and learn how a few quiet minutes can shift your whole state.

Rhythm

the flow that moves you

Gentle movement, easy micro habits, and rhythmic practices. Breathwork that lengthens the exhale. Time among trees, sky and seasons. A calmer relationship with your phone and with the quick rewards that leave you depleted and flat. Your body already keeps time. You'll learn to move with it.

Ritual

the meaning that keeps you

Pauses that turn transitions into sacred landing places. Self connection that steadies you. A creative window for flow. Ordinary acts made tender with presence and intention. And a personal rhythm that is entirely yours, with a reset for the days it all falls apart.

What begins to change

More capacity

A steadier nervous system that meets stress and returns to calm more easily,  the ability to more gracefully handle whatever comes your way.

More vitality

Steadier energy, better rest and a body that feels supported through your day. A sense of aliveness in your being.

Flow and ease

Less mental effort and reactivity, and more room for creativity, play and trust in yourself. Floating with the current, no more swimming upstream.

A steadier baseline

Daily rhythms that support motivation, satisfaction and mood by building micro habits that lead to nourishing rewards.

Every woman's experience is a unique unfolding. You'll be able to track your own shifts through

simple self-assessments at the start, midpoint and end.

How we practice together

Live, in a circle

One 75-minute live Zoom call each week, also recorded for you. We arrive, learn one idea, then move into guided breath, somatic and embodiment practice to integrate each new practice.

Learning at your pace

A weekly module of about half an hour: a short teaching, journaling prompts, a worksheet, an exploratory homework experiment and audio practices of five to ten minutes.

Held between calls

A private community with voice-note check-ins and optional office hours, so you're never doing this alone. Optional one to one coaching available as an add-on.

Every habit has a minimum version, for the weeks when life is full.

I can't wait to share this container with you! Hi, I'm Mara, and I am super passionate about sharing my experience with how Ayurvedic philosophy, neuroscience, and our connection with nature has helped me to create a life I feel supported and nourished by, and a body I feel at home in. My background and expertise as an Ayurvedic practitioner, certified somatic breathwork/trauma informed coach, and feminine embodiment guide has helped me to synthesize many ideas and modalities into a methodology that gets results and lands gently for the mind, body, and spirit. This living workshop is meant to set you up for embodied success, as the program builds on itself and once complete, you will have already integrated these practices into your life.
