Refund Policy

Thank you for joining Rooted In Rhythm. We’re so glad you’re here, and we put great care into preparing every part of this program.

All sales are final. Spaces are limited, and we prepare the live sessions, materials and community space in advance. For that reason, all enrollments are final and non-refundable once your registration is complete.

Special considerations. We understand that life can change. If you experience an unexpected circumstance, such as a medical issue or a serious personal emergency, please email marasarena@gmail.com before the program start date of January 2, 2027  to request special consideration. Each request is reviewed individually on a case-by-case basis, and decisions are made at Mara Brodsky's sole discretion. Where approved, options may include a refund, a credit toward a future program, or a transfer of your place to another person. Requests made after the program begins are not eligible.

Payment plans. If you enrolled on a payment plan, you remain responsible for all scheduled payments unless a special consideration has been approved in writing.

If we change or cancel the program. If we need to cancel the program, you will receive a full refund. If we need to reschedule, you may join the new dates or request a refund.

Questions or concerns. We’d love the chance to help. Please contact us at marasarena@gmail.com before filing a dispute with your bank or card provider.
